The animal sanctuaries, numerous hiking trails and waterfront make KRS a unique nature-immersed environment that the landscape design celebrates alongside offering solutions for the island's self-sustainability.

The landscape features urban ponds,inland bodies of surface water surrounded by an urban environment. It treats storm water by removing pollutants from runoff through sedimentation, biological uptake, and plant filtration, but it also has a storage volume for supplying water to the island.

Solar panels will be installed along the the landscape, providing electricity for the urban development.

The site features numerous green plazas, streets and paths rich of plant life, decorative pools and water fountains, making the relaxed vibe cover the whole island.

The leisure spaces for adults and kids bring in innovative art and design ideas, natural materials, such as wood and stone and are designed to encourage all the members participate in urban activities.

ARCHITECTURE
Banyan - tree philosophy
The design of KRS towers is inspired by the symbol and essence of a banyan tree. Banyan is one of the most special trees in the world because of its unique features to branch out to wide territories. A banyan tree is a deep-rooted plant that forms a very strong rooting system by producing branches that form trunks that grow downward, forming a very strong tree. In culture, the banyan tree symbolizes becoming self-aware through reflection and meditation, worshipping our accomplishments and creating a safe shelter for searching and bringing forth our unique purpose.
The banyan-tree inspired buildings remind the visitors their purpose and that they are in an environment that worships each unique identity and its growth.
