Qiliang Tang is a designer who received her Master’s degree from Columbia University and Bachelor of Architecture from Tianjin University. As an innovative designer, Qiliang specializes in urban research, architecture design and interior design with an interdisciplinary method. She pays close attention to human experience, capturing the moments of sound, light, air, space, and place in a delicate way. Qiliang has worked in various design firms in the USA and China with experiences in projects at different scales ranging from exhibitions/installations to large mixed-use development. Qiliang’s work has been recognized with numerous international awards, including Grand Award of Wanda Shopping Mall, Second Prize of Residential Stadium Adaptive Reuse International Competition.
