The Owners purchased this 1,350sf two bedroom apartment when their son left for college and converted the compartmentalized layout into a spacious one bedroom with loft-like living, dining, and kitchen spaces on one side and a private bedroom suite on the other.

The interior detailing is simple and modern.  Walls and ceilings are painted white to give the space an open, “in the clouds” feeling. Windows and doors have flush trim to create visually continuous apertures for the panoramic Hudson views.
